Abstract: โครงงานวิจัยอุตสาหกรรมนี้เสนอแผนการเพิ่มความพร้อมใช้งานของเครื่องยนต์กำเนิดไฟฟ้าของ หอบังคับการบิน ณ ท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ โดยมรวัตถุประสงค์ในการเพิ่มระยะเวลาเฉลี่ยระหว่าง การเกิดเหตุขัดข้องและเพิ่มเปอร์เซ็นต์ความพร้อมใช้ของเครื่องยนต์กำเนิดไฟฟ้า การศึกษาได้ทำการ วิเคราะห์ระบบการบำรุงรักษาในปัจจุบันพบว่าการบำรุงรักษาจะทำต่อเมื่อเกิดเหตุขัดข้องเท่านั้น โดย ไม่มีการเก็บข้อมูลวิเคราะห์สาเหตุการขัดข้องเพื่อการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน ในการศึกษาวิจัยนี้ได้ พัฒนาแผนการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันโดยเริ่มจากการจัดระบบการเก็บข้อมูลการหยุดเครื่องยนต์กำเนิด ไฟฟ้าและนำมาวิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุของการขัดข้อง จากนั้นได้กำหนดกิจกรรมที่จำเป็นต่อการซ่อม บำรุงและการควบคุมการปฎิบัติงาน เพื่อจัดทำแผนการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันให้สมบูรณ์ การวัดผลทำ โดยเปรียบเทียบผลจากระยะเวลา 24 เดือนก่อนการประยุกต์ใช้ระบบและ 12 เดือนหลังจากประยุกต์ ใช้ระบบผลปรากฎว่าค่าความไม่พร้อมใช้สูงสุดของเครื่องยนต์กำเนิดไฟฟ้าก่อนและหลังการประยุกต์ ใช้ลดลงจาก 79.07x10-4 เหลือเพืยง 9.42x10-4 หรือลดลงร้อยละ 88

Abstract: This industrial research project presented a preventive maintenance plan for the generators of aerodome control tower at Suvarnabhumi Airport. The study aimed to increase the average time between failure and the percentage of the overall availability of the generators. The current maintenance system was reviewed, and it was found that maintenance was only done when the generators broke down. In addition, there was no data collection to identify the cause of the breakdown for the preventive maintenance purpose. This study developed a preventive maintenance plan, starting with a data collection system of the breakdown to identify the main causes. Then maintenance activities as well as the control and monitoring were initiated to complete the preventive maintenance plan. The plan was implemented for 24 months and compared with the data of the previous 12 months. The results showed that the maximal unavailability of the generators was decreased from 79.07x10 -4 to 9.42x10 -4, or equivalent to 88 percent reduction.
