Abstract:
The objective of this research 1) to study the state of Learning Organization in schools under the chiang Rai primary educational service area office 3. 2) Comparison of different learning organizations of schools under the chiang rai primary educational service area office 3 classified by position and experience in the work. 3) Study suggestion Guidelines for being a learning organization of schools under the chiang rai primary educational service area office 3. The sample group used in the research was executive and teachers in schools in the Chiang Rai primary educational service area office 3 were 331 peoples. The instruments used for research was rating scale questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.95. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, Arithmetic means and Standard deviation. Data were analyzed using t test and ANOVA (One-way Analysis of Variances). Learning Organization in schools under the chiang Rai primary educational service area office 3. By overall were in a high level. The comparison of knowledge management in schools under the chiang rai primary educational service area office 3, classified by position. By overall and specific part.
