A Study of the Bilateral Vocational Education Administration According to the Bilateral Vocational Education Management Standard under the Vocational Education System in Chiang Rai Province
Abstract:
The objectives of this study are to study of the bilateral vocational education administration according to the bilateral vocational education management standard and to study the suggestion to develop the bilateral vocational education administration according to the bilateral vocational education management standard. There are 260 of population in this study which consists of directors, educational instructors and training instructors from the entrepreneurs. Tools use in this study are questionnaire. The index of item objective congruence is 0.67-1.00 and the reliablility is O.92. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results show that first, the overall of a study of the bilateral vocational education administration according to the bilateral vocational education management standard is in good level. Second, the consideration of each aspect is as follow: the quality of cooperation between the entrepreneurs and the educational institutes is in highest average, follow by the quality of learners and graduated learners, and the lowest average is the quality of teaching and learning managernent. The suggestion to develop the bilateral vocational education administration according to the bilateral vocational education management standard found that 1) the quality of leamers and graduated learners, the operation of the bilateral vocational education should focus on the flexible time and the needs of the entrepreneurs, 2) the quality of teaching and learning management, the educational institutes should develop the subject capacity related to the needs of the entrepreneurs, 3) the quality of management, the educational institutes should identify the standard and assessment of the bilateral vocational education administration and 4) the quality of cooperation between the entrepreneurs and the educational institutes should have the meeting before allowing the learners have been trained in the companies.
