Abstract:
The objective of this research wasto study the success of businessorganizations applying the work
principles of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej Boromart Bophit in their operation. Mixed methods were
used in the study. There were 3parts of the research. Part 1 was the synthesisof the interviews. It was found that
successful business organizations applied23 Work Principlesand they had 12 key performance indicators.
The data contributors were 13business organization executives and experts from Office of the Royal
Development Projects Board (ORDPB).Part 2 was composition analysisof the success of business
organizations applying the 23 work principles ofHis Majesty King. The sample group consisted of 800 business
employees. Factor Analysis was used to classify variables and Multiple Regression Analysis was used to test
the relationship between work principles and key performanceindicators. Part 3 was focus group of 9 experts
fromORDPB, businessorganization executives, business organization employees, and stakeholdersin order to
confirm the resultsof the operational form which appliedhis MajestyKings work principles. It was found that
business organizations hadcharacteristics, behaviorsand criteria that werein accordance with work principles of
his MajestyKing which wereas follows: study the information systematically, do not rely on textbooks, follow
the steps in development, common benefits, explode from inside, respectively. These principles wereusedin
the operation, resulting in the highest success. Theresearch results classified by the type of business
organizationswere as follows: consumer product organizations appliedthe work principlesof His Majesty King
as followsfollow the steps in development, socio-geography,economizing and simplicity bringingoptimal
benefits,do not rely on textbooks, commonbenefits, respectively. Business organizationsof service typeapplied
