A Study of Relationship between The Roles of Administrators and The Effectiveness of Private According to The Teacher's Views under The Office of The Private Education Promotion Commission Phayao Province
Abstract:
The objectives of this research were to study 1) the level of management of the roles of administrators, 2) the effectiveness level and 3) the relationship between the roles of administrators and the effectiveness of private schools. According to the teacher's views Under the Office of the Private Education Commission, Phayao Province. The sample consisted of private school teachers. According to the teacher's views Under the Office of the Private Education Commission in Phayao Province, a total of 21 places, 201 people, this research was descriptive research, 21 (descriptive research), by using randomized research tools as a 3-part questionnaire. Data include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient. The results of the research showed that 1) The results of the study of the level of management, the role of administrators The overall picture is in a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the roles of all executives were at a high level. The areas with the highest average value were spokesperson and distrurbance handler. The side that has the lowest mean Is the synmbolic or figurehead. 2) The results of effectiveness.The overall picture is in a high level. When considered in each aspect, it was found that all aspects of effectiveness were at a high level. The aspect that had the highest average value was overall quality.
