Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood. However, college students
always face huge employment pressure. Due to its significance, colleges and
universities need to build a sound employment service system for their students. This

of students in colleges and universities focusing on Tongren University, China, as a
research case study and to analyze the weak links of employment services for the
improvement of student satisfaction. Through the collation of relevant research
literature, this research investigated a satisfaction index system for employment
services in colleges and universities, which included five primary indicators:
employment guidance education, employment guaranteesupport, employment
management services, employment information services, and personalized guidance.
