Abstract: การวิจัยเรื่อง ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความสําเร็จในการประกอบธุรกิจประเภทร้านอาหารในพื้นที่อําเภอเมืองชลบุรี จังหวัดชลบุรี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความสําเร็จในการประกอบธุรกิจประเภทร้านอาหาร ในพื้นที่อําเภอเมืองชลบุรี จังหวัดชลบุรี และเพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความสําเร็จในการประกอบธุรกิจประเภทร้านอาหาร ในพื้นที่อําเภอเมืองชลบุรี จังหวัดชลบุรี ที่มีความแตกต่างกันตามปัจจัยแวดล้อมทางธุรกิจโดยเป็นผลจากการวิเคราะห์จากได้ศึกษาจากผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจ ประเภทร้านอาหารในพื้นที่อําเภอเมืองชลบุรี จังหวัดชลบุรี จากจํานวน 4 เทศบาล ได้แก่ 1. เทศบาลเมืองชลบุรี 2. เทศบาลเมืองแสนสุข 3. เทศบาลเมืองบ้านสวน และ 4. เทศบาลเมืองอ่างศิล มีกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จํานวน 385 คน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ภาพรวมผู้ประกอบการมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายข้อแล้วพบว่า มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก 7 ด้าน สามารถเรียงลําดับจากมากไปหาน้อยได้ดังนี้ ระบบบุคลากร ( ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.09) เรียงลําดับ 2 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ ความขยันทํางานของบุคลากร ( ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.16) ความมีวินัยของบุคลากร (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.13) ระบบลูกค้า ( ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.96) เรียงลําดับ 2 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ ความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.10) สินค้า/บริการตรงตาม ความต้องการของลูกค้า (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.98) ระบบการบริหารจัดการ (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.95) เรียงลําดับ 2 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ การวางแผนในการดําเนินงานที่ดี (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.03) ความสามารถในการอํานวยการ/สั่งการ (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.98) ระบบการตลาด (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.92) เรียงลําดับ 2 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ คุณภาพของสินค้า (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.30) การตั้งราคาสินค้า/บริการ (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.07) ระบบเทคโนโลยี (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.69) เรียงลําดับ 2 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ ความก้าวหน้าทางด้านเทคโนโลยี (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.73) ประสิทธิภาพของเทคโนโลยี (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.71) ระบบการเงิน (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.59) เรียงลําดับ 2 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ การวางแผนทางด้านการเงิน (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.80) การมีเงินทุนที่เพียงพอในการลงทุน (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.75) และระบบการแข่งขัน (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.53) เรียงลําดับ 2 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ จํานวนของคู่แข่งขัน (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.75) สินค้า/บริการของคู่แข่งขัน (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.50) ตามลําดับ และอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2 ด้าน คือ ระบบการเมืองและกฎหมาย (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.23) เรียงลําดับ 2 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ กฎหมายที่เอื้ออํานวยต่อการประกอบธุรกิจ (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.33) ความเชื่อมั่นทางด้านการเมืองของรัฐบาล (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.23) และระบบเศรษฐกิจ (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.14) เรียงลําดับ 2 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ ภาวะเศรษฐกิจ (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.28) นโยบายและมาตรการส่งเสริมการประกอบธุรกิจ SMEs ของภาครัฐ (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.09) ตามลําดับ ส่วนผลการสํารวจเมื่อจําแนกตามความสําเร็จของธุรกิจวิสาหกิจประเภทร้านอาหาร พบว่า ภาพรวมผู้ประกอบการมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.83)

Abstract: The purpose of the research was to study the level of opinion about factors that affect the success of the restaurant business in city district, Chon Buri and to compare the opinions about the success of the restaurant business in city district, Chon Buri that are different according to the business environment. As a result was analysis from the study of restaurant business operators in city district, Chonburi from 4 municipalities. (Chonburi Municipality, Saen Suk Municipality Municipality of Ban Suan, and Ang Sila Municipality) There were 385 participants. The results of the study showed that the overall of entrepreneurs had a high level of opinion. When each item was considered, it was found that the opinions were at a high level in 7 aspects. These can be sorted from descending order as follows: For the personnel system (x̅= 4.09), the two top levels were the work diligence of staffs(x̅= 4.16) and the discipline of staffs. (x̅= 4.13) . For customer system(x̅= 3.96), the two top levels were customer satisfaction (x̅= 4.10) , the value of products or services meets the needs of customers. (x̅= 3.98) For management systems (x̅= 3.95), the two top levels were good operational planning (x̅= 4.03) and ability to manage or to command (x̅= 3.98). For marketing system (x̅= 3.92), the two top levels were the quality of the product(x̅= 4.30) and pricing of products or services (x̅= 4.07). For technology system(x̅= 3.69), the two top levels were technology advances(x̅= 3.73) and efficiency of technology (x̅= 3.71). For financial systems (x̅= 3.59), the two top levels were financial planning (x̅= 3.80) and having sufficient funds to invest (x̅= 3.75). For competition system(x̅= 3.53), the two top levels were the number of competitors (x̅= 3.75) and products or services of competitors (x̅= 3.50). There are two aspects at the middle level, the political system and the law(x̅= 3.23). The two top levels were laws that are favorable to business operations(x̅= 3.33) and political confidence of the government (x̅= 3.23). For economic system (x̅= 3.14), the two top levels were economic conditions(x̅= 3.28), and policies and measures to promote SMEs business of the government(x̅= 3.09). When survey results were classified by the success of the restaurant business, it was found that overall of entrepreneurs have opinions at a high level. (x̅= 3.83)
