Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to development an evaluation model of Private Kindergartens in Bangkok Metropolis and to follow up the model. The procedure was divided into 3 step. The first one was to analyzed relevant concepts from documents and to interview 28 persons from concerning Kindergartens administration. They are the officers who set laws and regulations of Kindergartens, the administration of Kindergartens and the parents of Kindergarten pupils. The second step was to construct an evaluation model which was reviewed the validity of the model by ten Kindergarten administration officers who set laws and regulations. The last one was to follow up the model by two groups of populations. They were the parents and the administrator with 200 persons each. The finding were as follows. 1. The constructed Kindergartens evaluation model consisted of 94 indicators with 4 factor components: instruction 15 indicators, school administration 26 indicators, school facilities and teaching materials 29 indicators and service and public relations 24 indicators 2. In following the model, the model have seen utility of being kindergarten administrators. Thirty two indicators were rated at a very high level while sixty two were rated at a high level.
