Abstract:
The objectives of this thesis were to study the employees' behaviors and satisfaction toward E-
Learning System which took place at Kasikornbank. The organization that focused on the
knowledge enhancement of their employees. This research was categorized the target group by
gender, age, educational level, status, working experience and the department. The target group of
this research were Kasikornbank's employees from System Division which consisted of 12
departments and 306 employees. The research group were studied based on Krejcie and Morgan
Theory by using simple random sampling, The questionnaires were calculated and analyzed by the
program which resulted in percentage, standard deviation and hypothesis testing from One Way
ANOVA Anaysis. The research showed 4 aspects of the employees' behaviors and satisfaction
toward e-Learning in which the communication (X =3.93 , S.D. = 0.03) was the Significant
influence factor towards e-Learning The research also showed that satisfaction of the employees
leads to the improvement of the organization to be the knowledge based organization in 5 aspects,
the most was team learning (X = 3.91) (S.D. = 0.06) The significant influence factor towards e-
Learning from the hypothesis showed that the employees from different departments did not have
much different satisfaction level towards E-Learning System of the statistically significant at the.05
level.
