Abstract: การวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาสมรรถนะมาตรฐานสำหรับนักศึกษาครู สาขาวิชาพลศึกษา กลุ่มมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ตรวจสอบความตรงของโครงสร้างสมรรถนะมาตรฐานตามโครงร่างหลักสูตร 4 ปี และ 2) ศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อสมรรถนะมาตรฐาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยมี 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ อาจารย์ผู้สอนประจำสาขาวิชาพลศึกษา จำนวน 133 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิสองขั้นตอน และนักศึกษาครู สาขาวิชาพลศึกษา จำนวน 359 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิสองขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบประเมินสมรรถนะมาตรฐาน และแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสมรรถนะมาตรฐานวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงบรรยาย และการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) โครงสร้างสมรรถนะมาตรฐานสำหรับนักศึกษาครู สาขาวิชาพลศึกษามีคุณภาพด้านความตรง พิจารณาจาก = 1.12, GFI = 0.97, RMSEA = 0.03, NFI = 0.99, NNFI = 0.99, CFI = 0.99 และ AGFI = 0.90 น้ำหนักองค์ประกอบมีค่าอยู่ระหว่าง 0.67-0.94 ความแปรปรวนที่สกัดได้มีค่าอยู่ระหว่าง 0.68-0.74 และความเที่ยงเชิงโครงสร้างมีค่าอยู่ระหว่าง 0.83-0.94 และ2) นักศึกษาครูสาขาวิชาพลศึกษาเห็นว่าสมรรถนะหลักทั้ง 7 ด้านเหมาะสมกับวิชาชีพในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ระหว่าง 4.05-4.33 ส่วนสมรรถนะตามหน้าที่ทั้ง 5 ด้านก็มีความเหมาะสมกับวิชาชีพในระดับมากเช่นกัน มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ ระหว่าง 4.20-4.35

Abstract: The purposes of the research were: 1) to test a validity of standard competency assessment model at the qualification framework of Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education (four-year-program) 2) to study the level of the students’ opinion about the standard competency. Two - Stage Stratified random sampling technique was utilized to randomly select 133 teachers and 359 students of Physical Education program from Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University, in the second semester of 2019 academic year. The research instruments were evaluation forms and questionnaires for collecting data. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and confirmatory factor analysis. The research findings were as follows: (1) The standard competency assessment model at the qualification framework Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education (four-year-program) showed quality validity based on relative chi-square = 1.12, GFI = 0.97, RMSEA = 0.03, NFI = 0.99, NNFI = 0.99, CFI = 0.99 and AGFI = 0.90; The factor loading was 0.67-0.94; The average variance extracted was 0.68-0.74 and the construct reliability was 0.83-0.94 (2) The satisfaction of the student towards seven core competencies was at a high level ( 4.05-4.33) and in the aspect of five functional competencies was at a high level ( 4.20-4.35.)
