Abstract:
The effect of zinc oxide nanoparticles on the growth of Dok Mali 105 rice was studied using the
concentration of zinc oxide nanoparticles of 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 and 100 mg/l and added it every
30 days. The experimentation was prepared using the grain of 50 seeds per 1 pot and observed during the
growth of 126 days. The results showed that the longest roots at 67.5 mm which measured the period of time
at 5 days were found at the amount of zinc oxide nanoparticles for 100 mg/ l. Next, the growing of rice plant
was found that the concentration of oxide nanoparticles was 40 mg /l, making the best germination rate is 94 percent.
The leaf area was found in the highest area of 3.18 cm2. The height of the rice plant was observed the best of
99.89 cm. The circumference of the rice plant was shown the maximum of 2.10 cm. The freshest weight was
revealed the maximum at 81.99 grams. However, all analyzations were presented at the amount of zinc oxide
nanoparticles which shown the best rice growth at 40 mg./l
