Influence of transformation leadership on constructive culture and organization commitment of employee in automobile part industry in an industry estate, Chonburi
Abstract:
This study aimed at identifying influence of transformation leadership on constructive
culture and organization commitment, as well as inspecting concordance of causal relationship
model of the transformation leadership influence upon constructive organization culture and
organization commitment of 359employees in an automobile part industry in an industry estate,
Chonburi province. Questionnaires with reliability value at 0.976 were used for the research
instrument, whereas the basic statistics were adopted in this study for analyzing confirmed
components and causal relationship model of the transformation leadership influence upon
constructive organization culture and organization commitment. The findings revealed that there
was concordance between causal relationship model of the transformation leadership influence on
the constructive organization culture and the organization commitment and the empirical data.
Regarding this, transformation leadership variables and the constructive organization culture were
able to explain the variations of the organization commitment at 55.20% and the transformation
leadership had direct influence on the constructive organization culture with statistical
significance at the 0.05level, while it had both direct and indirect influence on organization
commitment without statistical significance at the 0.05level. With this regard, it had indirect
influence through constructive organization culture, while the latter had direct influence on the
organization commitment with statistical significance at the 0.05level.
