Abstract:
This research aimed to examine organizational culture effect on work performance of support officer of Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University. The sample size was 217 university support officers of Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University. Questionnaire was used as research tool. Data analysis approach using descriptive statistic, frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Inferential statistic were used for hypotheses testing by multiple regression analysis. The research results indicated that organizational culture had a high level effect on work performance of aspect support officer of Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University. Moreover, the results of this study represented that the organizational culture in the constructive styles affected on the work performance of university support officer in Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University (P < 0.01) and the organizational culture in the passive / defensive styles affected on the work performance of university support officer of Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University (P < 0.05).
