Abstract: การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบสมรรถนะด้านการวิจัยของอาจารย์ คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏในกลุ่มรัตนโกสินทร์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ อาจารย์คณะครุศาสตร์หรือศึกษาศาสตร์จากมหาวิทยาสัยราชภัฏในกลุ่มรัตนโกสินทร์ จำนวน 5 แห่ง ได้แก่ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏจันทรเกษม มหาวิทยาสัยราชภัฏธนบุรี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบ้านสมเด็จเจ้าพระยา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนคร และมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา จำนวน 166 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.748 และสถิติที่ใช้ใการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบ (Factor Analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) องค์ประกอบสมรรถนะด้านการวิจัยของอาจารย์คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏในกลุ่มรัตนโกสินทร์ มีทั้งหมด 12 องค์ประกอบ คือ องค์ประกอบการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติการวิจัย องค์ประกอบการแปลผลและนำเสนอผลการวิจัย องค์ประกอบความเชื่อมั่นใการทำวิจัย องค์ประกอบการออกแบบการวิจัย องค์ประกอบทักษะการใช้สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล องค์ประกอบจรรยาบรรณนักวิจัย องค์ประกอบการเขียนรายงานและบทความวิจัย องค์ประกอบคุณภาพเครื่องมือวิจัย องค์ประกอบการวางแผนการวิจัย องค์ประกอบการกำหนดประเด็นปัญหาการวิจัย องศ์ประกอบการกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย และองค์ประกอบการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลการวิจัย (2) โมเดลองค์ประกอบสมรรถนะด้านการวิจัยของอาจารย์คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏในกลุ่มรัตน์โกสินทร์ มีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to factor analysis of research competency of professors of the Faculty of Education, Rajabhat University in Rattanakosin Group. The representative samples are 166 professors from the Faculty of Education from 5 Rajabhat University in Rattanakosin Group, namely Chandrakasem Rajabhat University, Thonburi Rajabhat University, Ban Somdet Chaophraya Rajabhat University, Phra Nakhon Rajabhat University and Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The research tools are questionnaires and 5-level rating scale with the value of reliability of O.748. The statistics used in data analysis are mean, standard deviation and factor analysis. The research revealed that: 1. It consisted of 12 research competency factors of the professors from the Faculty of Education, Rajabhat University in Rattanakosin Group as follows: the factor of data analysis by research statistics, the factor of findings interpretation and presentation, the factor of research conduct, the factor of research designing, the factor, the factor of statistical use for data analysis, the factor of researcher's ethics, the factor of report and research article writing, the factor of research tool quality, the factor of research planning, the factor of research issue formulation, the factor of research objective formulation and the factor of research data collection. 2. The model of the research competency factors of the professors from the Faculty of Education, Rajabhat University in Rattanakosin Group was consistent with empirical data.
