Abstract: Dynamic Undeniable Certified Email with Denial of Service Prevention is an email system which employs the fair exchange protocol. A sender would obtain messages receipts after the intended receivers have received the sent message. The fair exchange protocol provides that either both parties have the exchanged infonnation or none of them do. All existing approaches to fair certified email achieve the fair exchange property between a single sender and a receiver only. But they do not offer the fair exchange between all senders and a receiver. Also, they do not prevent denial of service attack by malicious senders. So, a malicious receiver can deny receiving messages from some senders but do receive messages from other senders. Also, a malicious sender can flood messages to a receiver so that the receiver is unable to process messages sent by legitimate senders. We propose a new certified email protocol which provides the fair exchange for all senders, called the undeniable fairness, and denial of service prevention.
