Abstract: การวิจัยเรื่อง การสร้างฐานข้อมูลเครือข่ายด้านไอซีทีของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาในจังหวัดสุรินทร์ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลด้านไอซีทีของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาในจังหวัดสุรินทร์ 2) เพื่อสร้างฐานข้อมูลเครือข่ายด้านไอซีทีของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาในจังหวัดสุรินทร์ โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจำนวน 133 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดตรวจสอบรายการ และฐานข้อมูลด้านไอซีทีของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาจังหวัดสุรินทร์ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้ค่าความถี่ และค่าร้อยละ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ประสบการณ์ทกงานและความเกี่ยวข้องกับไอซีที ด้านการใช้อุปกรณ์เครื่องมือสื่อสารที่มีในปัจจุบัน ภาพรวมพบว่า ใช้มือถือธรรมดามากที่สุด ด้านสื่อที่ใช้ในการสื่อสารในปัจจุบัน ภาพรวมพบว่า คนใช้ E-mail มากที่สุด ด้านความเชี่ยวชาญในโปรแกรม โดยภาพรวมพบว่า ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษามีทักษะ Word มากที่สุด ด้านความคาดหวังเกี่ยวกับอุปกรณ์สื่อสารที่คาดว่าจะมีในอนาคต ภาพรวมพบว่า ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาคาดว่าจะมี Tablet มากที่สุด ผลการศึกษาข้อมูลด้านไอซีทีของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาในจังหวัดสุรินทร์ ในด้านการใช้ไอซีทีทางการศึกษา พบว่า ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาต้องการจะใช้ อีเมล์ติดต่อเพื่อการเรียนการสอนมากที่สุด ในด้านความคิดเห็นต่อการใช้ไอซีทีเพื่อแก้ปัญหาการจัดการศึกษา พบว่า มีปัญหาในเรื่องโรงเรียนยังไม่มีคอมพิวเตอร์ที่พร้อมสำหรับครูใช้ทำงาน สืบค้นข้อมูลต่างๆ เพื่อประกอบการเรียนการสอนมากที่สุด ด้านความต้องการในการรับบริการด้านไอซีที พบว่า ต้องการให้จัดอบรมคุณครูทุกภาคเรียน เชิญวิทยากรให้ความรู้คุณครูทุกระดับชั้นในโรงเรียน ต้องการสื่อ/นวัตกรรมจากมหาวิทยาลัย อยากให้จัดอบรมหลาย ๆ วัน และต่อเนื่องเพื่อให้เกิดความชำนาญ 2. ผลการสร้างฐานข้อมูลเครือข่ายด้านไอซีทีของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาในจังหวัดสุรินทร์ ได้โครงสร้างฐานข้อมูลซึ่งมี องค์ประกอบด้านข้อมูลได้แก่ ข้อมูลทั่วไป และข้อมูลด้านไอซีทีของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาจังหวัดสุรินทร์ และองค์ประกอบโครงสร้างระบบฐานข้อมูลที่จัดการโปรแกรมโมดูล ได้แก่ ระบบการล็อกอิน ระบบการติดต่อสื่อสาร ระบบการจัดกลุ่มในเครือข่าย และระบบการตรวจสอบแก้ไขข้อมูล และผลการประเมินโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญพบว่า ฐานข้อมูลมีความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก (x ̅ = 4.01) และกลุ่มผู้ทดลองใช้มีความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก (x ̅ = 4.08) This Research aims: 1) to study the information about ICT of teacher and education personal in Surin province. 2) to create the ICT networks database of teacher and education personal in Surin province. The samples used for data collection are 133 teacher, using a questionnaire to collect information checklist. Moodle is an application program and a database for teachers and educational personal. The analysis of the survey data, using the frequencies and the percentage. The qualities of the database are evaluated by experts and satisfaction of the trial. The Results showed that; About the experiences and work related to ICT, the use of communication tools available today and overview of the most commonly used mobile phone. The most commonly social media used is E-mail. The Expertise in the application, overall, the most skilled is MS word. The expectations about the communication devices are expected to in the future, it was found that teachers and educational personnel are expected to be most Tablet. In the field of ICT for education, the study found that most commonly, they use of e-mail contacts. There is a problem with a shortage of computers for work and searching to support teaching and learning possible. And they are required ICT training for all teachers, every class in the school and provides many training days and continued to be practiced, including support for media innovation from university. Results for the ICT networks database of teacher and education personnel in Surin province. The database consists of two main components. The First component is data elements, including general data and ICT data of teacher and education personnel in Surin province. The second component is structural elements that are managed by the Moodle, Namely, the Log in system, communication system, network clustering system, and data validation. The expert evaluation showed that the database has the appropriate level (x ̅ = 4.01), and the trail were satisfied at a high level (x ̅ = 4.08).
