Abstract:
This research is a feasibility study of hostel business in Khlong San area The objective is to study the feasibility of the project by studying the principles of marketing feasibility, technical management and financial in the business of hostel type. This research is qualitative research. Carry out with collection of data, literature review Including studying relevant concepts and theories Then, the field data was collected by interviewing business owners and employees involved in conducting the hostel business in Khlong San District, and around Khlong San district by asking questions on 4 factors, analyzed and described as descriptive details. Summary of key points shall be the guidelines to help decision makers who want to invest in the hostel business in Khlong San District. The results of the study found that Khlong San area has the potential to establish successful hostel business. Based on the project's feasibility principle and from the interview, found that the business owner and hostel business staff agreed with the principles, concepts and theories about the feasibility study of the proposed hostel business marketing. By the presentation of the unique combination of culture and art of the area shall create value with strength, and shall make the hostel different from others.
