Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to study the opinions of organizational factors and working happiness of employees in industrial business organizations and study the relationship between organizational factors and working happiness of employees in industrial business organizations. The data was collected by using questionnaires as a research tool. The samples used in this study were Employees of SMC (Thailand) quantity 108 samples of statistics used in data analysis were descriptive statistics including Frequency, Percentage, Average, Standard Deviation and Pearson Correlation. The results of the study revealed that employees with different departments had different happiness in work. As for Sex, Age, Status, Education level, Monthly income, Work experience, Job position, Department are no different. And Organizational factors have positive relationship with work happiness which including Consists of work needs, Role requirements and The need for interpersonal relations at the level of significance 0.01
