Abstract:
The objectives of this research were : 1)to study general condition for the leadership and participatory management affecting teachers quality of secondary schools in the Northeastern, 2) to study the relationship for the leadership and participatory management and teachers quality, and 3)to study development approaches for the leadership and participatory management affecting teachers quality of secondary schools in the Northeastern. The study was a quantitative research : the population in this study consisted of the school administrators, and head of Academic Affair Department of secondary schools in the Northeastern. The sample of 540 school administrators, and head of Academic Affair Department used multi-stage random sampling. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The overall co-efficient reliability was .83. The instrument used for data analysis were percentages, means, standard deviation, pearsons correlation and multiple regressive analysis. The qualitative research was collected from interviewing education experts and school 12 school administrators in the study areas. The research findings found that : leadership, participatory management, and teachers quality were at the highest level. Have the relationship in the same direction. That the school administrators should develop are as follows 1) performance 2) good personality 3) good Model 4) target 5) vision 6) knowledgeable and 7) decision.
