Abstract: Data exploration is an artful process of sifting over through the dataset and extracting meaningful insights from it. In a machine learning process, the data understanding phase consumes most of the time, making it a major bottleneck for many applications and Automated Machine Learning (Auto ML) platforms. Data exploration is hard as we do not always know what we are looking for. Existing data exploration methods involve several hit-and-trial operations expecting loads of manual expertise skills. This leaves the doors closed for small enterprises with a limited budget, for beginners, students who are new to the field of data science and even some experienced data scientists who do not have time. This problem causes the consumption of a lot of time and tedious effort. In this research, we aim to solve this problem by developing a model that can automatically explore and find meaningful insights for any given input dataset. The model reports the important details about the dataset, suggests the features that have the possibility of being predicted and also suggests the optimal number of clusters with which the dataset can be clustered. Users can simply upload their dataset and wait for the model to take care of the data exploration tasks. Eventually, a report about the dataset will be submitted to the user by the model.

Abstract: การสำรวจข้อมูลถือเป็นกระบวนการหนึ่งที่มีประสิทธิภาพในการกลั่นกรองและการสกัดความหมายของข้อมูล ในกระบวนการเรียนรู้ของเครื่องนั้นจะเสียเวลาส่วนใหญ่ไปกับขั้นตอนการทำความเข้าใจข้อมูล ซึ่งทำให้เกิดปัญหาคอขวดสำหรับหลาย ๆ แอปพลิเคชันรวมทั้งแพลตฟอร์มการเรียนรู้ของเครื่องแบบอัตโนมัติ โดยการสำรวจข้อมูลนั้นนับว่าเป็นเรื่องยากเนื่องจากนักพัฒนาขาดองค์ความรู้เรื่องการสำรวจข้อมูล ซึ่งในวิธีการสำรวจข้อมูลที่มีอยู่ในปัจจุบันนั้นต้องอาศัยทักษะความเชี่ยวชาญในการดำเนินการและการทดลอง ซึ่งปัญหานี้ส่งผลกระทบต่อธุรกิจขนาดเล็กที่มีงบประมาณจำกัด บุคคลหรือนักเรียนที่เริ่มต้นด้านวิทยาศาสตร์ข้อมูล และแม้แต่นักวิทยาศาสตร์ข้อมูลที่ไม่มีเวลาในการทำความเข้าใจข้อมูล ในงานวิจัยนี้มุ่งเน้นการแก้ปัญหาโดยการพัฒนาแบบจำลองที่สามารถสำรวจและค้นหาความหมายของข้อมูลเชิงลึกสำหรับชุดข้อมูลอินพุตต่าง ๆ โดยผลจากแบบจำลองสามารถบอกรายละเอียดที่สำคัญเกี่ยวกับชุดข้อมูลอินพุตได้ ซึ่งสามารถแนะนำคุณสมบัติที่มีความเป็นไปได้ในการทำนายและแนะนำจำนวนกลุ่มของชุดข้อมูลที่เหมาะสมสำหรับการจัดกลุ่มข้อมูลนั้น ๆ โดยผู้ใช้แบบจำลองนี้สามารถอัพโหลดชุดข้อมูลและรอผลรายงานของการสำรวจข้อมูล
