Abstract: การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงกึ่งทดลอง โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนารูปแบบการสอนลีลา วาทศิลป์ เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการพูดสำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 และ 2) เปรียบเทียบทักษะ การพูดของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ใช้รูปแบบการสอนลีลาวาทศิลป์ กับการสอนแบบปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2/2 จำนวน 43 คน เป็นกลุ่มทดลองและนักเรียนชั้น มัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2/1 จำนวน 43 คน เป็นกลุ่มควบคุม โดยใช้วิธีสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งกลุ่มทดลอง กับกลุ่มควบคุม ดำเนินการเก็บรวมรวมข้อมูลในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2560 เครื่องมือเก็ บ รวบรวมข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย 1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ และ 2) แบบประเมินทักษะการพูด สถิติที่ใช้ ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าถลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบที่แบบกลุ่มตัวอย่าง สองกลุ่มอิสระต่อกัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. รูปแบบการสอนลีลาวาทศิลปเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการพูดประกอบด้วย 1) ทฤษฎี หลักการแนวคิดของรูปแบบ 2) วัตถุประสงค์ของรูปแบบ 3) กระบวนการเรียนการสอนของ รูปแบบมี 4 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นที่ ขั้นการเตรียมความพร้อม ขั้นที่ 2 ขั้นการสนองตอบภายใต้การ ควบคุม ขั้นที่3 ขั้นการฝึกปฏิบัติ ขั้นที่ 4 ขั้นการกระทำอย่างถูกต้องแม่นยำ และ 4) ผลที่ผู้เรียน ได้รับจากการเรียนตามรูปแบบ 2. นักเรียนกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมมีทักษะการพูดในภาพรวมแตกต่งกันอย่างมี นัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ 0 โดยรูปแบบการสอนลีลาวาทศิลป์มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงกว่าการสอนปกติ คำสำคัญ: พัฒนารูปแบบการสอน ลีลาวาทศิลป์ ทักษะการพูด

Abstract: The purposes of this research were I) to develop rhetoric instruction model to enhance speaking skill for Matthayomsuksa 2 students and 2) to compare students' speaking skill before the experiment and that after the experiment. The sample group included the 43 of Matthayomsuksa 2/2 students as an experimental group and the other 43 of Matthayomsuksa 2/1 students as a control group, who were obtained through cluster random sampling. Data were collected in the I semester of academic year 2017. The research hinstruments involved 1) lesson plan and 2) speaking skill assessment and were statistically analyzed by mean, standard deviation and t-test for Independent Sample. The findings were revealed as follows. 1. The developed rhetoric instruction model to enhance speaking skill for Matthayomsuksa 2 students delineated 1) theory/concept 2) objectives 3) learning processes ,ie,, stage 1 readiness, stage 2 guided response, stage 3 mechanism, and stage 4 complex overt response and 4) learning outcomes. 2. The speaking skill of control group and experimental group was different at significance level 01. Mean of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.
