Abstract:
The objective of this study was to investigate the quality of life working indicators of the police non-commissioned officer bureau in Provincial Police Region 5. The sample was 153 people and the study was conducted over a period of 12 weeks. The study was set up and conducted at the officer bureau in provincial police region 5. The tools used for data collection were questionnaires with the reliability of 95%. The frequencies,
percentages, of averages, and standard deviations were analyzed.
The results showed most of the respondents were male and had an age over 50 years, with the rank of police senior sergeant major. The highest education was bachelors degree with extra courses of at least three times per person, and working experience was more than 10 years. Moreover, the salary was more than 22,000 baht.
The overall component indicator in life working was moderate (3.46).
The combination of 3 indicators present the highest score (3.63) for the work environment and the minimum score (3.31) for the job description.
The rating work behavior overall was moderate (3.09). The combination of
3 indicators present the highest score (3.56) for dedication to the organization. The overall quality of work life in 8 indicators had an average (3.02), which was moderate, and the average of social integration social was moderate with the highest score (3.30).
