Abstract:
The objective of this research is to study the effect of education administration on teachers working motivation in primary school of office of primary educational Uboratchathanee Area, 2. The research presents most respondent is male, 25-35 years of age. The means of education administration and working motivation are at high level all components. Education administration positive relate significantly to working motivation at moderate level at .01. Working motivation shows the means different significantly at .05 and separately as education leadership, teaching and learning management, professional administration, communication technology and environment.
