Abstract:
The objectives of the research were as follows : 1) to study theAdministrators In accordance with Four Brahmaviharas (Sublime States Of Mind) In Administration Of Educational Administrators In Secondary Educational Service Area Office 29. 2)the study problems, barriers and suggestions inAnAdministrators In Accordance With FourBrahmaviharas (Sublime States Of Mind) In Administration Of Educational Administrators In Secondary Educational Service Area Office 29. The samples were 74 school administrators. The data wascollected by a field enquiry, an interview, a document analysis and data entry. The quantitative data wasanalyzed by descriptive statistics; frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, median, quartiles, range and t-test was used as inferential statistics.
1. The level ofeducational personnel were overall at average height. 2.The pattern for the Administrators In Accordance With Four Brahmaviharas (Sublime States Of Mind) In Administration Of Educational Administrators In Secondary Educational Service Area Office 29,should hold the Brahmaviharas Metta : 1) The administrators should manage with transparency. 2) The administrators should work satisfactorily to subordinates and students : 1) The administrators should dare to decide to improve the school development. 2) The administrators should have a master plan to implement in the future. Mudita : 1) The administrators should pay attention to the problems and try to solve them. 2) The administrators should be honest to every Upekkha : 1) The administrators and their master plan should be fair to all subordinates. 2) The administrators should be equal in opportunity to study.
