Abstract:
This research aims to study the leadership of the school administrators. Study quality of teacher life. And study the relationship between leadership and quality of life of private school teachers. The sample is the research instrument was a questionnaire scale. The reliability of the questionnaire is .96.The statistics used in the research were percentage, mean and standard deviation. Statistics to find the quality of the tool. The coefficient alpha (α - Coefficient) was calculated according to Cronbach 's method. The statistics used to test the hypothesis are Pearson's correlation coefficient (r). The results of this research were as follows: 1) Leadership of school administrators. Overall, the average was at the highest level. When considering the leadership style, it was found that The most average model is Successful leadership followed by direct leadership. And the least mean side is. Supportive Leadership 2) Quality of Life Overall, the average was at the highest level. When considering the relationship between leadership styles of each school administrators and the quality of life, teachers found that leadership styles with the highest correlation were Successful leadership followed by participatory leadership. And the least is. Leadership When testing the statistical significance, it was found that the leadership of the school administrators was related to the quality of life of the teachers.
