Abstract:
Objectives of this research were to: 1) Study teachers life successful of different biosocial teachers, 2) Study the relationship between self- adjustment, innovation adoption and life successful of teachers, and 3) Study the prediction of life successful by self- adjustment and innovation adoption of teachers. Samples of this studied were 150 teachers in Suan Luang District primary schools , Bangkok, academic year 2019, selected by stratified random sampling, The research instruments were 3 summated rating scales, for measuring 3 important variables, with Alpha Coefficient reliability (α) 0.757 to 0.905. The statistics for analyzing data were descriptive and inferential statistics. Statistics for hypothesis testing were independent ttest, Simple Correlation, and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis. Research found that: 1) There were significant different of teachers life successful when classify by teachers academic status, marital status, and salary. 2) Self- adjustment and innovation adoption correlated to life successful of teachers at moderate level (r = 0.644 และ r = 0.492, p < 0.01). and 3) Self- adjustment and innovation adoption predicted life successful of teachers for about 46 percent (with β = 0.455 and 0.235 respectively, p < 0.01)
