Abstract:
The objective Of this research is to increase productivity in the production of a car's fuel lid.
Currently, there are wastes and opportunity losses in the production which in tum delays the
production schedule. Therefore, this research aims to reduce production cost and increase
productivity using a simulation program name Robcad. The robot and facilitating device are applied
to semi-automate the spot welding of the product model E-110 and F-110. As a result, the
production cost can be reduced around 910,000 baht which is approximately around 54.81 percent.
Both of the set-up time and maintenance cost can be reduced 100 percent. The total saving of the
two model is 911,455 baht.
