Abstract: การวิจัยเรื่อง "การศึกษาพฤติกรรมการเชิงบวกและเชิงลบของการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของนกเรียนระดับ ปวช. วิทยาลัยการอาชีพเวียงสระ" มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ พฤติกรรมเชิงบวกและพฤติกรรมเชิงลบในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ของนักเรียนระดับปวช. วิทยาลัยการอาชีพเวียงสระ การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีพฤติกรรมใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศด้านอินเตอร์เน็ตเชิงบวกสำหรับ การสืบค้นข้อมูลเพื่อทำการบ้านและรายงานในระดับสูงสุด (x=3.22) และพฤติกรรมการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศด้านอินเตอร์เน็ตเชิงบวกในระดับน้อยที่สุด คือ การใช้อินเตอร์เน็ตเพื่อชำระค่าสินค้าและบริการ (x=2.15) ด้ารพฤติกรรมการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศด้านอินเตอร์เน็ตเชิงลบเพื่อชมภาพลามกอนาจารอยู่ในระดับสูงสุด (x=2.27) และพฤติกรรมการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศด้านอินเตอร์เน็ตเชิงลบในระดับน้อยที่สุด คือ การเข้าเว็บไซต์ที่มีการโฆษณา การซื้อขาย ยาเสพติด บุหรี่ สุรา (x=1.69)

Abstract: The purpose of this research were to study situations, problems and demands of personal development and behavior of the student and information technology utilizations of the student at Wiangsra Industrial and Community College in Certificate. The sample chosen for this study were 270 persons. Stratified random sampling method was used. This research used questionnaires with reliability of 0.94. Data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The research results indicated as follows. Concerning the problem on computer skill of employees at the Provincial Computer Business, most of them lacked the computer skill with a highest level. Moreover, the problem of complex software program was ranged at a low level. Concerning the demands of development, it was found that they wanted to improve the computer skill by being introduced effective usage type. The computer is important at present to pay goods and service. They wowed to develop information technology system for management, setting up internet and its usage also wanted to be least internet. To Search the website for advertisement, selling and buying drug, cigarette and alcohol.
