Abstract: ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการศึกษาให้กับผู้เรียนในระดับประถมศึกษาเป็นเรื่องสำคัญมากที่จะต้องจัดให้ผู้เรียนได้เรียนรู้ มีความฉลาดทั้งปัญญา อารมณ์และจิตสำนึกเพื่อที่จะได้มีเจตคติที่ดีและมีจิตสาธารณะ นำความรู้ที่ได้ไปใช้ประโยชนใ์นชีวิตประจำวันและส่งผลต่อดีคุณภาพผู้เรียน ดังนั้นผู้วิจัยจึงสนใจทำวิจยัเรื่องนี้ โดยมีวัตถุประสงคเ์พื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพผู้เรียนของสถานศึกษา 2) ระดับคุณภาพผู้เรียนของสถานศึกษา และ 3) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพผู้เรียนของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสงคราม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผบู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสงครามจำนวน 269 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพผู้เรียนของสถานศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อยดังนี้ การปฏิบัติงานของครู รองลงมาคือการปฏิบัติงานของผู้บริหารและแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ของนักเรียนตามลำดับ 2. คุณภาพผู้เรียนของสถานศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อยดังนี้ ผู้เรียนมีสุขภาวะที่ดีและมีสุนทรีภาพ รองลงมาคือผู้เรียนมีทักษะในการทำงาน รักการทำงาน สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ และมีเจตคติที่ดีต่ออาชีพสุจริตและผู้เรียนมีทักษะในการแสวงหาความรู้ด้วยตนเอง รักการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาตนเองอย่างต่อเนื่องตามลาดับ 3. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพผู้เรียนของสถานศึกษา คือ ด้านการปฏิบัติงานของครูและ ด้านความพร้อมของครอบครัว มีประสิทธิภาพในการทำนายร้อยละ 56.40 และสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนน มาตรฐานคือ  Ztot = 0.549(X4) + 0.322(X2) ข้อค้นพบจากการวิจัยพบว่า การปฏิบัติงานของครูและความพร้อมของครอบครัวเป็นปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพของผู้เรียน ดังนั้นผู้บริหาร ครู และครอบครัวต้องร่วมมือกันในการวางแผนจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนเพื่อส่งเสริมศักยภาพตามความสามารถทำให้ผู้เรียนมีความสมบูรณ์ทั้งทางร่างกาย สังคม อารมณ์ จิตใจ และสติปัญญา Factors related to management education to the students’ in primary education was very important to provide the student what they have to learn, intelligence in wisdom, emotion and consciousness in order to have good attitude and the public mind in applying the knowledge gained in everyday life well and affected the quality of the students. Therefore, the researcher was interested in doing this research with the purpose to study 1) the factors affecting the students’ educational quality at the schools. 2) the students’ quality at the schools and 3) the factors affecting the students’ quality at the schools. The research samples were 269 primary school administrators and teachers under the Samutsongkhram Primary Educational Service Area Office. of 269 people. The research instrument was a 5-rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used in the analysis were the average, standard deviation and stepwise regression analysis. The results showed that 1. The factors affecting the student’s educational quality of the school in the overall were at high level. When considering in each aspects by sorting the average from descending as follows; the teachers’ performance, followed by the executives’ performance and the students’ motivation respectively. 2. The student’s quality of the school, in the overall was at high level. When considering in each aspect by sorting the average from descending as follows; the students had good health and aesthetics, followed by the students had working skills, loved to work, had ability to work with others and had good attitude towards the profession of faith and the learners had skills in the pursuit of self-knowledge, loved to learn and had continuous self-development, respectively. 3. The factors affecting the student’s quality of the school, it was found that the teachers’ performance and the availability of the family with be effective in predicting was 56.40%%, and equation of prediction was  Ztot = 0.549(X4) + 0.322(X2). The findings of the research showed that the teachers’ performance and the availability of the family were factors that affected the students’ quality. Therefore, administrators, teachers, and families, all of them had to be involved in planning activities to develop the students so as to enhance their ability with integrity in physical, mental, social, emotional and intellectual.
