Abstract:
To develop exercise leader curriculum for community health of sub- district administration organization. The research was processed by studying Thailand exercise policy-related database, training curriculum development, adult education management, and local leaders. The data were then expanded into course development concepts and evaluation. Forty exercise instructors were purposively sampled in this study. The tools used to collect the data were theoretical and practical questionnaires, trainee opinions surveys towards instructors and curriculum outline evaluation. The data were subsequently analyzed by means, standard deviation and t-test. The results were as follow: 1. Exercise leader curriculum for community health of sub-district administration organization consisted of details, training documents, and training evaluation forms. The training took 8 hours a day in total 4 days, The training intended to improve capability of the exercise instructors as well as updated more information and latest knowledge. The curriculum included both theory and workshop. Trainees were evaluated theoretically and practically. 2. The results of exercise leader curriculum for community health of sub-district administration experimenting showed an increase in both trainees practical and theoretical knowledge. The trainees opinion towarded the curriculum was at the high satisfactory level.
