Abstract: การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสม (Mixed Method) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษารูปแบบการจัดทำบัญชีและปัญหาในการจัดทำบัญชีของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนการผลิตประมงและเกษตรอินทรีย์ 2) พัฒนาเอกสารคู่มือประกอบการจัดทำบัญชีของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนการผลิตประมงและเกษตรอินทรีย์ กรณีศึกษาจังหวัดจันทบุรีและจังหวัดตราด 3) พัฒนาความรู้ในด้านการจัดทำบัญชีของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนการผลิตประมงและเกษตรอินทรีย์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนการผลิตประมงและเกษตรอินทรีย์ ในจังหวัดจันทบุรีและจังหวัดตราด จำนวน 16 กลุ่ม โดยเป็นประธานบริหารกลุ่ม ผู้รับผิดชอบในงานบัญชีการเงิน และสมาชิกของจำนวนรวม 60 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบสัมภาษณ์ คู่มือการจัดทำบัญชีวิสาหกิจชุมชนการผลิตประมงและเกษตรอินทรีย์ และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ คือ การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) การวิเคราะห์สถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบที (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพของคู่มือการจัดทำบัญชีวิสาหกิจชุมชนการผลิตประมงและเกษตรอินทรีย์ตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน E1/E2 ผลการศึกษารูปแบบการจัดทำบัญชี พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่จะมีการใช้สมุดบัญชีรับจ่ายเงินในเล่มเดียวกันสำหรับการบันทึกบัญชี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 50 ส่วนใหญ่มีการใช้ใบเสร็จรับเงิน เป็นเอกสารประกอบการบันทึกบัญชี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 43.75 การรายงานทางการเงินและรายงานทางการบริหาร ส่วนใหญ่จะมีการจัดทำงบกำไรขาดทุน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 50 และจัดทำเป็นรายปี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 43.75 ทั้งนี้มีกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนจำนวนร้อยละ 12.50 ที่ไม่มีการจัดทำรายงานทางการเงินและรายงานทางการบริหารของกลุ่ม โดยไม่มีการตรวจสอบหรือติดตามการจัดทำบัญชีของกลุ่ม คิดเป็นร้อยละ 56.25 สำหรับปัญหาในการจัดทำบัญชี พบว่า การจำแนกต้นทุนการผลิต วัตถุดิบ ค่าแรงงานทางตรง และค่าใช้จ่ายในการผลิต มีระดับปัญหาอยู่ในระดับน้อย แต่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ 2.56 และ ปัญหาในการได้รับคำแนะนำจากหน่วยงานหลายแห่ง ทำให้มีรูปแบบการบันทึกบัญชีแตกต่างกัน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 41.66 ผลการพัฒนาความรู้ในด้านการจัดทำบัญชี พบว่า ผู้เข้ารับการอบรมการพัฒนาความรู้ในด้านการจัดทำบัญชีของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนการผลิตประมงและเกษตรอินทรีย์ จังหวัดจันทบุรีและจังหวัดตราด มีผลคะแนนก่อนและหลังการอบรมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 โดยเอกสารคู่มือการจัดทำบัญชีวิสาหกิจชุมชนการผลิตประมงและเกษตรอินทรีย์มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน 95.33/94.73

Abstract: This research was the mixed method. The purpose of this research were ; 1) To study the format and accounting issues in accounting for manufacturing fishing community enterprise and Organic farming. 2) Develop the Accounting Manual for Manufacturing Fishing Community Enterprise and Organic Farming. And 3) Develop the knowledge in the field of accounting for manufacturing fishing community enterprise and Organic farming. The samples consisted of 16 groups is manufacturing fishing community enterprise and Organic farming in Chanthaburi and Trat provinces, the chief executives group, accountants and its members 60 persons. Tools used in the research consisted of interviewing, accounting manual in community enterprise manufacturing fishing community enterprise and Organic farming and the satisfaction evaluation form. Statistics use were content Analysis, percentage, average, and standard deviation, t-test. The performance analysis of the accounting manual in community enterprise manufacturing fishing community enterprise and Organic farming, according to E1/E2 standard. Results of study accounting, found that the majority of useing one book for Cash Receipts and Cash Payment was 50 percent. Most used Receipt for Document Accounting was 43.75 percent. The financial statements and management report abount Profit and Loss Statement were 50 percent. Preparing annually was 43.75 percent, and 12.50 percent did not. The 56.25 percent there was no monitoring or follow-up. The average of Issues in accounting, found that the identification of raw material costs, direct labor costs. And the cost of production was 2.56. And the problem of different advising from many organization were 41.66 percent of different form. The result of the development of knowledge in the field of accounting before and after training differed significantly statistical at the level 0.01. And the accounting manual in community enterprise manufacturing fishing community enterprise and Organic farming, according to 95.33/94.73.
