Abstract:
This research study aim to examine The relationship between Employee Empowerment And Productivity of General Administration officers in Public Hospital in Regional Health 9 The samples are 257 General Administration officers in Public Hospital in Regional Health 9 Data collection tools is questionnaires. The data were analyzed descriptive statistics including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation The hypothesis were tested testing by Pearson's correlation analysis It is found that Employee Empowerment in all six aspect whice are Advancement, Competence and skill, Reward and recognition, Resource, Support, Information relationship at the moderate level with the Productivity of the work at 0.01 significance level
