The Administrative Model to Enhance Learning Assessment Competency of Teacher on National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization) in Secondary School
Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to develop the Administrative Model to Enhance Learning Assessment Competency of Teacher on National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization) in Secondary School. The samples were 324 principals, measurement and evaluation teachers in school of Secondary Educational Service Area Office of Northern. The research instruments were 1) a teachers learning assessment competency test, 2) an evaluation of the models appropriateness and guided of model, 3) an evaluation of administrator and teachers opinion to the administrative model to enhance learning assessment competency of teacher on National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization) in secondary school.
The results revealed as follows 1) The result of learning assessment competency of teacher was that teachers got scores lower than 50% in all 6 aspects. 2) The result of the developed model to enhance learning assessment competency of teacher on National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization) in secondary school has 5 components: principle, goal, administration process, developed competency process, and evaluation and indicator of successful. Checking content validity by 5 experts had high levels of appropriateness. 3) Assessment result of the developed model as evaluated by the respondents was that the model was useful, possible to apply, and properly accuracy cover at the highest level.
