The effects of learning management by using open approach with SSCS on Mathematical problem solving and Mathematic connection ability of Mathayomsuksa II students
Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to compare the mathematical problems solving and mathematic connecting ability of students after obtaining learning management with open approach with SSCS model with before obtaining learning management, and with criterion at 70 percent. The sample was 45 students who were Mattayomsuksa 2 in the second semester of 2016 academic school year at Bansuan Jananusorn School, Chonburi Province, They were selected by cluster random sampling. The research instruments were lesson plans, a problem solving and connecting ability test and a problem solving and connecting ability test. The data were analyzed by using percentage, means, standard deviation, t-test for one sample and
t-test dependent.
The results of research were that the mathematical problems solving ability after obtaining learning management by open approach with SSCS model was higher than before obtaining learning management, and was higher than the 70 percent criterion at .01 level of significance. The mathematical connecting ability after obtaining learning management by Open Approach with SSCS model was higher than before obtaining learning management, and was higher than the 70 percent criterion at .01 level of significanc
