Abstract:
This research aimed at studying the use of the students care system operated at Bothong school cluster 2 under The Office of Primary Educational Service Chonburi Area 2. It is a descriptive research which data was collected through a five-point-rating scale questionnaire. Statistics used in this study were Mean (μ), standard deviation (σ), modified priority needs index (PNI modified), percentage (%) and commulative percentage (% com) for data analysis.
The result revealed that the students care system used in Bothong school cluster 2 was operated successfully at the The high level. However, it needed to be improved to assist teachers when students cases need transfering specialist, the students potentiality supporting, the students classification screening, the students individual familiarity and the students preventive and problems solving also need improving.
The index of expectation was at The very high level, but it also needs for some development to have a better operation. These included in the modules such as students classification screening, the students preventive and problems solving, the students potentiality supporting, the students individual familiarity and the students cases transferring the development.
Need assessment of the students care system operated in Bothong school cluster 2 were: the students cases transfer, the students classification screening, the students potentiality supporting, the students individual familiarity and the students preventive and problems solving.
The suggestion for the students care system operated d Bothong school cluster
2 were the school should have a regular plan to follow up and monitor the students cases transfer to the specialist and the school should consider student s data history, background and problems before transferring in the case to the specialist. The school should update the students biography and information for utility in students cluster classification screening and communication and inform students parents to have a good understand about the students classification screening, process. The school should support and give students opportunity to participate in activities student may be interested in, and school should set appropriate activities for the students. The school should and analyz, summariz and collect students individual records and the students preventive and problems solving systematically as well as set students home round up for develop a good relationship between the school and students parents for the benefits of behavior modification of the students.
