Abstract: ผลการศึกษา - การศึกษาเรื่องการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาในชุมชน ในเขตตำบลไพรพัฒนา จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อสร้างความยุติธรรมบริเวณพื้นที่ชายแดน จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ 2) เพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนะแนะในการมีส่วนร่วมของของชุมชุนในการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาในชุมชน ในเขตตำบลไพรพัฒนา จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ได้ทำการศึกษา การมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาในชุมชน โดยจะทำการศึกษาจากประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบของตำบลไพรพัฒนา จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ การเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างประชาชนในเขตพื้นที่ตำบลไพรพัฒนา จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ จำนวน 98 คน และสามารถเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้ จำนวน 98 คนสามารถสรุปผลการศึกษาได้ดังนี้ ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาชุมชน ในเขตตำบลไพรพัฒนา จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ การมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาชุมชน ตำบลไพรพัฒนา จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ในภาพรวมของทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับน้อย เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย พบว่า ประชาชนมีส่วนร่วมในการลงทุนและปฏิบัติงาน มีส่วนร่วมในการติดตามผล และมีส่วนร่วมในการค้นหาปัญหาสาเหตุและวางแผนดำเนินกิจกรรมตามลำดับ และเมื่อทำการวิเคราะห์รายละเอียดของแต่ละด้านได้ผลการวิเคราะห์ดังนี้ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการค้นปัญหาสาเหตุและวางแผนดำเนินกิจกรรมในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับการมีส่วนร่วมน้อย เมื่อพิจารณารายข้อพบว่า การมีส่วนร่วมจัดทำแผนงาน/โครงการในการป้องกันปัญหา คนในชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมมากที่สุด รองลงมา คือ มีส่วนร่วมวิเคราะห์ปัญหา/สาเหตุของปัญหาในชุมชน และการมีส่วนร่วมเสนอปัญหาและแนวทางในการแก้ปัญหา ประชาชนในพื้นที่ให้ความร่วมมือน้อยที่สุด ตามลำดับ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการลงทุนและปฏิบัติงาน ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับการมีส่วนร่วมน้อย เมื่อพิจารณารายข้อพบว่า การมีส่วนร่วมให้คำแนะนำปรึกษาผู้ปกครอง/เยาวชนและการมีส่วนร่วมผลักดันแหล่งมั่วสุมออกจากชุมชน มีการให้ความร่วมมือสูงสุด และตามลำดับ และการมีส่วนร่วมในชุมชนที่น้อยที่สุด ได้แก่ การมีส่วนร่วมติดตามความก้าวหน้าในการดำเนินงานป้องกันปัญหาของรัฐตามสื่อต่างๆ

Abstract: The result : - This reach was aims to study about: 1) the participation of citizen in border. 2) the compare of participation level of the citizen towards preventing and solving drug problems, classify as gender; age; marital status; educational level; and career; Data collected from 98 samples of the citizen was used for this research. Questionnaire about the participation of the citizen towards preventing and solving drug problems was the main instrument for data collection. Percentage, means, standard deviation (S.D.), t-test, ANOVA (F-test), and multiple comparison tests using the Scheffe method was the statistical method used for this research. The results were show as followed: About the participation of the citizen towards searching problems/causes, including activities planning, the results showed that low level. In issues that showed the lowest level in the participation of the citizen towards planning; preventing problems; analysis of drug problems/ causes; the suggestions of preventing and solving problems. About the compare of the participation level of the citizen towards preventing and solving problems, classify as gender; marital status; educational level; all issues showed that had no difference at the .05 of significance. In issues of age; the participation to searching problems/ causes, including activities planning, the results showed that had difference at the .01 of significance. About the participation of the citizen towards sharing capital and activities, the results showed that low level. In issues that showed the low level in the participation of the citizen towards suggestion making for parent youth involved or addicted; push out all unlawful place from their communities; and following to news and information about advances of preventing and solving problems. In issues of personal factors that showed the issues of gender; both of male and female had relation towards preventing and solving problems, sharing capital and activities that had difference at the .05 of significance. In issue of age, difference was at the .001 of significance, And, the issues of marital status; educational level; and career had no difference at the 0.05 of significance.
