Abstract:
The purpose of this research were 1) to develop e-Learning on Electrical Math 2) to evaluate efficiency of e-Learning 3) to study the academic achievements of
students when using e-Learning, and 4) to study the satisfaction of students when using e-Learning. Research tools were 1) e-Learning on Electrical Math course
code 2104-2111 entitled Kirchhoffs Law Method of Mesh Current and Node Voltage 2) pretest, formative test, and posttest to find out the efficiency of the lesson
and to evaluate the academic achievements of the students, and 3) questionnaries measuring the satisfaction and the problems towards e-Learning. Sampling groups
by purposive sampling method were 20 students who were studying in the third year of certificate in vocational education, Electrical Power Department, Khon Kaen
Technical college also registered for Electrical Math, course code 2104-2111 in the second semester academic year 2006. After completing the lesson, the academic
achiement test was conducted, then t-test was calculated.
It was finally found that the efficiency of e-Learning on Electrical Math had a percentage score of 82.33/85.33 which was higher than a standard of 80/80. The t-test
showed that the academic achievements after studying by e-Learning were higher than before studying with a statistical significance.
