Abstract: This research has 3 objectives : 1) To study the contemporary conditions, problems, and needs for and factors facilitating the development of early childhood education of private schools in Chiang Mai Province. 2) To create and validate the strategy for developing the early childhood education quality along the collaboration of private schools in Chiang Mai Province and 3) To study the results of using strategy for developing the quality of early childhood education along the collaboration of private schools in Chiang Mai Province. Use participatory action research methodology. The research method is divided into 3 steps.The population used in the research in step 1 consists of the administrators or personnel responsible for planning and quality assurance of the 115 private schools in Chiang Mai Province offering early childhood education. Step 2 consists of the members of the early childhood education committee of the private school in Chiang Mai Province totaling 32 individuals and 1 expert on strategy from Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office. Experts on educational administration and administrators of the successful schools totaling 12 of them. Step 3 consists of the personnel who are responsible for planning and quality assurance, g teachers, and representatives of the parent network of private school in Chiang Mai Province who had applied the strategy for developing the early childhood education quality along the collaboration of 32 private schools in Chiang Mai Province. Methods and tools used in research. Contains a set of questionaire workshop focus Group discussion Implementation of the plan according to the action plan, using the interview form, the observation form, the evaluation form, the meeting record. and the reflection log Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The results show that current conditions / practices The overall level is very high. Except for quality assurance education. At the highest level In part of the problem the overall level is moderate. For the overall level of development needs are at a high level. Which lists all of the problem levels. and the level of development needs. The factor that facilitates internal factors is that values are a factor contributing to the development of educational quality. and the condition is the strongest. The external factor is that social and cultural factors contribute to the development of educational quality and the most opportunistic conditions. The results of the 3rd Round of External Quality Assurance (B.E.2554-2558) at early childhood education level (2-5 years) of private schools in Chiang Mai Province carried out by the Office for National Education Standards and Quality Assessment (public organization). early childhood education curriculum, leadership, school management, teacher’s quality, children’s quality, and education quality assurance. and there are points to be developed, including discipline, responsibility. leadership good followers to children development of habit of reading love creative thinking skills Evaluation of child development And apply the results Including teacher development in quality assurance systems within schools. The strategy consists of 5 strategies covering 6 key areas: 1) Early childhood education curriculum 2) Leadership 3) School management 4) Teacher’s quality 5) Children’s quality 6) Education quality assurance. Project in strategy There are 33 projects and the results of the examination of the strategy of the qualified. At the highest level The strategy was applied to 32 private schools. From the observation of the implementation of the project in the Strategies for developing early childhood educational quality through the h collaboration of private schools, Chiang Mai Province. has been implemented. And the results of the overall project evaluation were as successful as possible. As a result of reflection, there are important issues that can be put to practical use in improving the quality of early childhood education in academics, including the use of learning resources. Promotion of child development Applying educational innovations. Use of participatory principles Moral promotion Ethics for Children Using PDCA to Control Quality Assurance Systems. Professionalism is knowledge and teaching skills. Ethics the use of research processes for the development of children's teachers and personnel, the genuineness of administrators, teachers and parents, and teamwork. This will affect the quality of early childhood education at private schools.
