Abstract:
The objective of this independent study was to examine how happiness at work influenced the performance of employees.
The samples of this study were 350 employees in Thairath Group Company. A questionnaire was the research tool for data collection. The statistics used for analyzing the data were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The statistics for hypotheses testing were t-test and F-test. In case of significant differences, LSD was used for examining the differences, and MRA was used for examining the influence.
The results showed that happiness at work regarding job characteristics, career advancement opportunity, acceptance and respect, encouragement at work, and work environment influenced the performance of employees in Thairath Group Company at the statistical significance level of 0.05.
