Abstract: The aims of this research were to indicate the current and development management system for the foreign teachers in the IEP program at Piboonbumpen Demonstration School under the roof of Burapha University in Chonburi province Thailand. The in-depth interviews were conducted with selected participants. These 23 participants were selected including management levels, foreign teachers who working at least 5 years and or at least 10 years in the program, students who are studying at grade 6 and grade 12 and their parents. The overall pattern of perceptions was largely the same. The problems found in this school include lack of motivations from insecure working status, low salary, no incentives for extra workloads, unfamiliarity with local communication and culture, non-supporting environment, insufficient induction programs for new teachers and administrative support. The development should be considered starting from recruiting process that need to hire the right people who are qualified and match requirements. Foreign teachers need school to support them for visas and work permits if they are employed. These findings provide information for management to develop and improve IEP management principles for foreign teachers employing, get better qualified staffs and reduce teacher turnover rate and lure more interest parents and students to enroll this program.
