Abstract:
The purposed of this research were to study the situations and conditions effected
students discipline and to set up the strategies for enhancing students discipline via family and
education institutions. The sample was 12 participants ant the participatory action research (PAR)
including 6 students, 6 parents and 1 teacher was used. Data collection were focus group
discussion, observation, and interview. The content analysis was used for data analysis.
The result showed that:
1. Students discipline stared at home. Because of the single families, broken families
and working outside the home of parents made the gap between students and parents and
the media effected perception and discipline of students. Education institutions and teachers
were socialization agents to educate knowledge and skill for daily life to be good citizen and abide by social rules of students.
2. The strategies for enhancing students discipline via family and education
Institutions cooperation were setting up: Guideline for enhancing students discipline by sectors
cooperation, policy for enhancing students discipline, Ministry of Education, education sectors
and family institutions had to collaboratively set up plan, project and policy for practice.
3. Develop online media to educated about laws in daily life, school and socials rules
and discipline for students.
