The Relationship between Transformational Leadership of School Administrators and Academic Management of School under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 11 In Suratthani Province
Abstract:
Based on the Ordinary National Educational Test results. Quality in each of The
core subjects of the schools under Secondary Education Service Area 11 in Surat Thani
Province. Average decline over the past year, respectively. The relationship between
transformational leadership and academic administration in schools. The purpose of this
study was to study the transformational leadership of school administrators, study the
academic administration of schools and study the relationship between transformational
leadership of school administrators and academic administration of schools under Secondary
Education Service Area 11 in Surat Thani Province. The population consisted of 2,699
teachers. The sample size was set using the tables of Krejcie and Morgan 335 teachers
by simple random sampling. The data were analyzed by using mean, standard deviation
and Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient.
The results show that the transformational leadership of the school administrators
was at a high level, both overall and individual. Sort by descending order. Idealized influence,
Inspiration motivation, Individualized consideration and Intellectual stimulation. The academic
administration of school administrators was at the high level, both overall and individual.
Sort by descending order. The development of the learning process, the education
supervision, the measurement, evaluation and transfer of results, the development of
the curriculum, the media development innovation and education technology and the
development of learning resources. Relationship between transformational leadership and
academic administration of school administrators under Secondary Education Service Area 11
in Surat Thani Province. the relationship was positive. Highly correlated at the .01 level
of significance. Therefore, the responsible agencies should supervise, follow up, consult,
and process management learning. The curriculum development process of schools and
should develop the management of technical management in the 21st century.
