Abstract: การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมและส่งเสริมสนับสนุนการบริหารจัดการตามกระบวนการ การบริหารงานวงจรเดมมิ่งของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก และศึกษาปัญหาอุปสรรคข้อเสนอแนะในการบริหารจัดการการมีส่วนร่วมและส่งเสริมสนับสนุนการบริหารจัดการตามกระบวนการการบริหารงานวงจรเดมมิ่งของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น อำเภอเทิง จังหวัดเชียงราย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ผู้บริหารองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น (นายกเทศมนตรี รองนายกเทศมนตรี นายก อบต. รองนายก อบต.) ผู้บริหาร (ปลัด รองปลัด) ผู้อำนวยการกองการศึกษา หัวหน้าศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ครู ประธานคณะกรรมการบริหารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น อำเภอเทิง จังหวัดเชียงราย จำนวน 140 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม (Questionnaires) เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ และแบบสอบถามลักษณะแบบปลายเปิด (Open-ended question) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานจากผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การมีส่วนร่วมและส่งเสริมสนับสนุนการบริหารจัดการตามกระบวนการการบริหารงานวงจรเดมมิ่ง ของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น อำเภอเทิง จังหวัดเชียงราย โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณารายข้อ พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการวางแผน (Plan) รองลงมา คือ ด้านการปรับปรุงดำเนินงานอย่างเหมาะสม (Action) ด้านการปฏิบัติตามแผน (Do) และน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านการตรวจสอบ (Check) 2) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะในการแก้ไขปัญหาการมีส่วนร่วมและส่งเสริมสนับสนุนการบริหารจัดการ ตามกระบวนการ การบริหารงานวงจรเดมมิ่งของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กในบริบทการทำงานของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม พบว่า ปัญหาอุปสรรคและข้อเสนอแนะที่พบมากที่สุดอยู่ในด้านการปรับปรุงดำเนินงานอย่างเหมาะสม (Action) รองลงมา คือ ด้านการวางแผน (Plan) ด้านการปฏิบัติตามแผน (Do) และด้านการตรวจสอบ (Check) "
