Abstract:
The purposes of this study were 1) to study the dual vocational training program management for the colleges in Phayao of vocational education commission 2) to investigate problems and find the solutions for the dual vocational training program management. The sample group was 168 people who participate in this study. The instruments was questionnaire. Data analyses were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results reveal that 1.The overall of the dual vocational training program management for the colleges in Phayao of vocational education commission consist of 4 aspects: quality of graduate student, curriculum, cooperation between school and workplace, measurement and evaluation was at a high level. 2. The overall of problems and solutions for the dual vocational training program management toward 4 aspects was at a medium level. 3. The suggestions for problems are as followed. 1) Graduate students only specialize in their own skill areas. They are insufficiency in other skill areas and lack of participation in other development activities. 2) For the curriculum, the teaching which was organized by the workplace is not consistent with vocational training program. 3)The problem of cooperation between schools and workplaces, some workplaces dont fully understand the dual vocational training program. 4) For measurement and evaluation, the teachers cannot supervise the students 3 times within a semester, and the evaluation was not employed to develop the students competence. 4. The suggestions for solving the problems are as followed. 1) Graduate students should evaluate yourselves after finishing vocational training, and the school should train students to fulfill their insufficiency skills. Students should participate workplaces activities, and the workplaces should be required to evaluate the school. 2) There should be preparation course before vocational training, and the teacher should supervise trainees. 3) School should hold a meeting with the workplaces so that schools can organize teaching and learning to meet the workplaces need. 4) There should be online measurement and evaluation of supervision, and there should hold the meeting to evaluate trainees after finishing vocational training.
