Abstract: การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาในเขตอำเภอแม่ฟ้าหลวงสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 และเปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา ในเขตอำเภอแม่ฟ้าหลวงสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 ตามภายใต้การบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพภายในทั้ง 8 ด้าน คือด้านการจัดระบบบริหารและสารสนเทศ ด้านการพัฒนามาตรฐานการศึกษา ด้านการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา ด้านการดำเนินงานตามแผนพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา ด้านการติดตาม ตรวจสอบ และประเมินคุณภาพการศึกษา ด้านการประเมินคุณภาพการศึกษา ด้านการรายงานคุณภาพ และ ด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยจำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน และครูจำนวน 133 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผ่านการทดสอบหาค่าความเท่ียงตรงเชิงเนื้อหา โดยการหาค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง Index of Congruence (IOC) และค่าความเชื่อมั่นโดยใช้สูตรสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่า (Alpha Coefficient) ตามวิธีของครอนบาค (Cronbach) ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป พบว่า 1. การบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาในเขตอำเภอแม่ฟ้าหลวงสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาในเขตอำเภอแม่ฟ้าหลวง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 ตามขนาดของโรงเรียนพบว่า ความคิดเห็นในการบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพภายในไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

Abstract: The research study had been the objectives of research, were to study the internal quality assurance management in educational opportunity expansion schools in Mae Fah Luang district under The Office of Chiangrai Primary Educational Service Area 3 , 8 areas such as the administration of information and management systems for the development of education standards, the development of education quality development plan, the implementation of the educational quality development plan, monitor and review assessment of quality education, the quality of education, annual report on quality of education and the continuous quality development There are classified by general status. The education and experience of sample consisted for 133 administrators and teachers. The Research tools, those are questionnaire that was tested for content validity by finding the Index of Congruence Index (IOC), and confidence values using the Alpha Coefficient formula, the confidence value was 0.97 according to Cronbach's method, The statistics used in data analysis such as percentage, average, standard deviation, and analyzed with program. 1. The internal quality assurance management in educational opportunity expansion schools in Mae Fah Luang district under The Office of Chiangrai Primary Educational Service Area 3 the overall situation and the current operating conditions were at a low level. 2. The parts of comparison results Problems of The internal quality assurance management in educational opportunity expansion schools in Mae Fah Luang district under The Office of Chiangrai Primary Educational Service Area 3 the classified by general status, Overall opinion of the teachers and administrators showed the size of school in overall not different level in significance level of 0.05
