Abstract:
A study guiding implementation to Professional Learning Community process of School Administrators Prapariyattidham school, general education department, Chiang Rai Province. The objective of this research to study guiding implementation to Professional Learning Community process of School Administrators. The population in this study the sample was the 21 School get administrators and teacher 186 persons by stratified sampling. The research instruments for data collection were questionnaire. The statistics to analyze the general collected data was Frequency, Percentage, Means, Standard Deviation and Content analysis. The analysis results reveal high in general and all aspects of study. They are put in order from high to low as the following: Shared Vision, Caring community, Professional learning and development, Collaborative Teamwork, Shared Leadership and Supportive structure.
The suggestions of the guiding implementation to Professional Learning Community process of School Administrators Prapariyattidham school, general education department, 1) Shared Vision: Administrator should see teachers goals for work. The learning process is aimed at the learning of the learners as the heart of the participation of teachers, parents, community members and community leaders. 2) Collaborative Teamwork: Administrator should encourage teachers collaborate creatively. Plan to manage the teaching together to achieve the learning of the students. 3) Shared Leadership: Administrator should lead teachers to learn have decentralized for the quality of the learner. 4) Professional learning and development: Administrator should encourage learning for teacher professional development. The practice-sharing with teachers. Learn the soul of a teacher. 5) Caring community: Administrator should give teachers the freedom to express their opinions. administrators and teachers respect each other. Reduce isolation during teachers teaching. 6) Supportive structure: Administrator should reduce workflow. Reduce conflicts between teachers and administrators. Management is focused on the team.
