Abstract: การศึกษาค้นคว้าในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการบริหารงานแบบมีส่วนร่วมของพนักงานครูเทศบาลนครเชียงราย 2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับแรงจูงใจในการทำงานของพนักงานครูเทศบาลนครเชียงราย 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์การบริหารงานแบบมีส่วนร่วมกับแรงจูงใจของพนักงานครูเทศบาลนคร เชียงราย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ พนักงานครูเทศบาลนครเชียงราย ปีการศึกษา 2560 จำนวน 181 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับความสัมพันธ์การบริหารงานแบบมีส่วนร่วม กับแรงจูงใจของพนักงานครูเทศบาลนครเชียงราย สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1. ระดับการบริหารงานแบบมีส่วนร่วม โรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาลนครเชียงราย ตามความคิดเห็นของพนักงานครูเทศบาลนครเชียงราย พบว่า โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ระดับแรงจูงใจในการทำงานของพนักงานครูเทศบาลนครเชียงราย โรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาลนครเชียงราย ตามความคิดเห็นของพนักงานครูเทศบาลนครเชียงราย พบว่า โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ความสัมพันธ์การบริหารงานแบบมีส่วนร่วมกับแรงจูงใจของพนักงานครูเทศบาลนครเชียงราย ตามความคิดเห็นของพนักงานครูเทศบาลนครเชียงราย สังกัดเทศบาลนครเชียงราย พบว่า โดยภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กันเชิงบวกอย่างมีระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.01

Abstract: The objective of this research are as follows: 1) study the level of participative management of Chiang Rai municipality teachers 2) study the level of create motivation of Chiang Rai municipality teachers 3) study the relationship between of participative management and motivation of Chiang Rai municipality teachers. The sample population is Chiang Rai municipality teacher's in 2017, a sample used in this study 181 people. The mode of research was a questionnaire about the relationship participative management and motivation of Chiang Rai municipality teachers. The statistical method of analysis was frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient. The objective of research were to find. 1. Level participative management of Chiang Rai municipality teachers found that Chiang Rai municipality teachers by the overall and each aspects at a high level. 2. Level motivation of Chiang Rai municipality teachers found that teachers in Chiang Rai municipality teachers by the overall and each aspects at a high level. 3. The relationship participative management and motivation of Chiang Rai municipality teachers found that overall there is a positive correlation, statistical significance high at 0.01 level.
