Abstract:
The purposes of research were 1) To study the factors affecting the effectiveness of the implementation of cultural tourism promotion policy at Pathumthani district. 2) To study the effectiveness level of implementing cultural tourism policy at Pathumthani district. and 3) To provide guidance on how to improve the effectiveness of the implementation of cultural tourism promotion policies at Pathumthani district.
This research was quantitative research utilizing questionnaire as a research tool. The samples of the study were 400 people from Thai tourists. The statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearsons correlation and multiple regression analysis by Stepwise method.
The result of this research were personal background factor, resource factor, advertise factor, participation by community factor, the government work together with private industry factor. On the effectiveness have positive impacts the implementation of cultural tourism policies at Pathumthani district. At statistical significant level of .01
The research recommendations were as suggests the government or relevant agencies should allocation planning for budget to support development tourism. Should promote advertise factor. Tourism development in the promotion of diversity. Collaborate with the private sector to get involved. The development of cultural tourism to create value added. This leads to the distribution of income to the community. In addition to maintaining the good identity of the local community culture to be sustainable.
