Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) คุณลักษณะผู้บริหารสังกัดสำนักงาน คณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษาภาคตะวันออก 2) การบริหารงานความร่วมมือของสถานศึกษา สังกัด สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษาภาคตะวันออก และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณลักษณะ ผู้บริหารกับการบริหารงานความร่วมมือของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการ อาชีวศึกษาภาคตะวันออก กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร ครู และบุคลากรในสถานศึกษาสังกัด คณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษาภาคตะวันออก จานวน 360 คน ได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลาย ขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามมาตราวัดประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) คุณลักษณะผู้บริหารสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา ภาคตะวันออก ประกอบด้วย ภาวะผู้นำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ วิสัยทัศน์ ทักษะทางวิชาการ ทักษะ การสื่อสารและนวัตกรรม สิ่งประดิษฐ์ ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) การบริหารงานความร่วมมือของ สถานศึกษา ประกอบด้วย การวางแผนและงบประมาณ ข้อมูลสารสนเทศและการส่งเสริมผลิตผล การค้าและการประกอบธุรกิจ ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณลักษณะ ผู้บริหารกับการบริหารงานความร่วมมือของสถานศึกษา มีความสัมพันธ์กันทิศทางบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .01

Abstract: The objective of this research were to study: 1) the characteristics of administrators under the Office of Vocational Education Commission Eastern Region, 2) the cooperation management of schools under the Office of Vocational Education Commission Eastern Region, and 3) the relationship between the characteristics of administrators and the cooperation management of schools under Office of Vocational Education Commission Eastern Region. The samples used in this study were 360 teachers, staffs, and administrators under Office of Vocational Education Commission Eastern Region. They were selected by multi-stage sampling. The research instrument used to collect data was a five-point Likert scale questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze data were mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient. The results of the research showed that 1) the characteristics of administrators consisted of leadership, information technology, vision, academic skill, communication skill, and innovation invention was at the high level, 2) the cooperation management of schools consisted of planning and budget, information technology and promotion of trade and business was at the high level, and 3) the relationship between the characteristics of administrators and the cooperation management of schools under Office of Vocational Education Commission Eastern Region was statistically significant at the .01 level.
