Abstract:
This research analyzes critical factors to customer needs with entertainment and a technical specification that will help improve internal processes in order to respond directly to customer needs. Using Quality Function Deployment (QFD). A target a group of teenagers. Analysis of the value delivered to customers (Value Positioning) as compared to its competitors. The survey data from the need to get real requirement of entertainment. The main factor screening and analysis with technical specifications that are related to the owner of this business. It has been concluded for business development. The results showed that the technical specifications that contains 4 items: 1) Courtesy Training of 29.9 percent 2) Design and Layout process flow of 19.9 percent 3) shows the sincerity, friendliness of 9.9 percent, and 4) Cosmetics and Clothing of 4.9 percent.
